Soutenir la supervision et la livraison d'un large éventail de projets clients en oncologie dans les domaines pharmaceutique et des dispositifs médicaux au Canada, notamment des projets d'accès au marché, des études rétrospectives basées sur des bases de données, des stratégies commerciales, des analyses économiques de la santé, des parcours patients, des mesures d'accès ainsi que d'autres mandats variés et stimulants.

Superviser et préparer des stratégies d'accès au marché destinées aux soumissions auprès des parties prenantes, incluant les agences d'Évaluation des technologies de la santé

Les associés principaux sont responsables de la gestion simultanée de plusieurs projets de consultation de complexité variable, en assurant le respect des échéanciers et des budgets pour les clients des sciences de la vie. Ils contribuent également au développement des affaires, au maintien et au renforcement des relations clients, et peuvent appuyer le développement de nouvelles offres.

Gestion de projet et relations avec les clients

Expérience
  • 5 à 10 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie pharmaceutique ou en consultation, en accès au marché ou en économie de la santé
  • Expérience confirmée dans la direction de mandats de consultation
  • Expérience dans un ou plusieurs des secteurs suivants : consultation en santé, industrie pharmaceutique/soins de santé, milieux universitaires ou organismes de recherche gouvernementaux, ou recherche en services de santé


Compétences techniques et connaissances (atouts)
  • Bonne connaissance des processus de remboursement pharmaceutique au Canada
  • Expérience en analyse de bases de données et/ou de registres

Functional Responsibilities

Support the oversight and delivery of a wide range of oncology client projects in the pharmaceutical and medical device space in Canada, including market access projects, retrospective database studies, business strategy, health economic analyses, patient journeys, access metrics, and other varied and exciting engagements.

This role will focus on driving solutions in Market Access, Business Strategy, and HTA for oncology clients.

Working with other team members, you will:
  • Project manage and contribute to study design and methodology development
  • Develop innovative approaches, frameworks, and solutions to client problems
  • Review and assist in the preparation of proposals, study protocols, and draft reports
  • Interpret qualitative and quantitative real-world data for deliverables
  • Oversee and prepare market access strategies that will be leveraged for submissions to stakeholders including HTA, PCPA, and payers
  • Prepare presentations, abstracts, and manuscripts for scientific conferences and journals
  • Conduct and oversee primary and secondary market research
  • Lead and facilitate workshops, expert advisory boards, and moderated discussions
  • Conduct and oversee qualitative and quantitative research with Canadian opinion leaders
  • Support the development and presentation of thought leadership pieces, white papers, posters, and conference materials


Associate Principals are responsible for overseeing and managing multiple consulting projects of varying complexity and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery for life sciences clients. They contribute to new business development, maintain and strengthen the client base, and may support the development of new offerings.

Project Management and Client Liaison Responsibilities
  • Assist with overall project and client management
  • Attend client and external meetings, typically alongside a colleague
  • Along with senior consultants, serve as an additional key point of contact for clients, driving innovative solutions and providing Market Access expertise
  • Travel to client sites may be required


Business Development Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze client requirements to develop proposals that exceed expectations
  • Produce and refine proposals in response to client RFPs in collaboration with clients
  • Work closely with Principals and Senior Principals on opportunities to grow the business
  • Support the drive for strategic growth in the Oncology solution space with a focus on market access, leveraging real-world evidence (RWE) strategies and go to market planning.


Experience
  • 5-10 years' experience in the pharmaceutical or consulting industry in Market Access or Health Economics
  • Proven experience leading consulting engagements
  • Experience gained in one or more of the following: Healthcare consulting, pharmaceutical/healthcare industry, academic or government research organizations, or health services research settings


Technical Skills and Knowledge (Assets)
  • Good understanding of the pharmaceutical reimbursement process in Canada
  • Conducting analyses in databases and/or registries
  • Longitudinal patient-level data analysis
  • Good understanding of outcomes research theory, and practical knowledge of research project implementation
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Ability to write reports and manuscripts in clear, accurate, and concise language
  • Understanding of and interest in the Canadian and international healthcare environment
  • Experience with VBA in Excel is a plus
  • Experience with statistical software (SAS, SPSS, R) is a plus
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of the health technology and pharmaceutical industry
