o   Develop appropriate strategies for analyst discussions in preparation for and in reaction to earnings releases and other significant events.

o   Understand potential changes to budgets and forecasts and proactively assess potential impact from an IR perspective.

o   Perform ad hoc analyses to ensure an understanding of key metrics and drivers for the Company and how these compare to sell-side and buy-side perceptions.

  • Oversee and critically review the detailed analyst consensus model, including full P&L and product-level revenue estimates, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and guiding ongoing enhancements.
  • Prepare summaries of and circulate relevant research analyst reports among IR team and other commercial, finance, and research stakeholders.
  • Take detailed notes on investor meetings and other events.
  • Ensure IR team is appropriately prepared to communicate key messages associated with medical conferences, data publications and other events of interest to the investment community.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our company's products, pipeline, financial performance, competitive landscape, and financial markets to assist in representing our company's to the investment community.
