Assisted Living Registered Nurse
$40.33 - 50.33 per hour, based on experience

- Guide and support caregiving staff to maintain quality resident services
- Partner with community leadership to coordinate resident care needs
- Complete assessments and update individualized care plans with resident and family input
- Coordinate appointments, referrals, transportation, and care-related communication
- Oversee medication-related services and ensure regulatory compliance
- Document incidents, investigate concerns, and follow through on action plans
- Collaborate with residents, families, and team members to promote safety and well-being
What You'll Need: - Current and active RN license in New Jersey (required)
- 1+ years of nursing experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
