Eagle Crest Communities: Onalaska, WIAssisted Living Nurse (RN)Full-Time: 72 hours per 2 week pay period
This position will primarily work Monday - Friday day shifts and participate in the nurse on-call rotation.
Assisted Living Nurse (RN)This position is responsible for providing high quality clinical care and services to our Assisted Living and Independent Living+ residents, from admission assessments through discharge, consistent with regulations and established best practices.
What You'll Do- Provide a continuum of quality and compassionate care to meet the physical, social and spiritual needs of our residents
- Provide care supervision and leadership and delegation to licensed and unlicensed staff in the provision of care
- Assist in supervising the RCAC staff, to include training, back-up payroll, performance management, in-services and monthly staff meetings
What You'll Need- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin, or the ability to obtain licensure by the established start date
- 2-3 years of experience in a leadership and/or supervisory capacity in healthcare or a related field; preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge in gerontological nursing, rehabilitative and restorative clinical practices; preferred
- Must have great communication skills that allow effective and professional conversations among staff, the public, residents, pharmacies, etc
- Valid driver's license; must maintain a safe driving record
- Experience working with computers and the ability and willingness to adapt to new software and programs
Our WagesStarting Wage: $39.50+
Based on experience & qualifications. Our starting range will be based on the individual qualifications, education, and experience that the successful candidate brings.
