Job Title: AVP, Customer Supply Chain for Ulta Beauty

What You Will Do:As the AVP of Customer Supply Chain for Ulta Beauty multi-division, you will lead as the Captain in the end-to-end supply chain relationship and operational strategy for one of L'Oréal's most strategic retail partners across multiple divisions. You will steer collaborative supply chain initiatives and joint business plans (JBP), optimize service levels, improve forecast accuracy, and champion sustainability and efficiency initiatives across the supply chain ecosystem. Elevate scorecard performance into a competitive advantage by turning collaborative supply chain execution into shared top-line growth and market leadership
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Leadership: Own the strategic supply chain relationship with Ulta Beauty, aligning cross-divisional supply chain goals with retail execution and sales objectives, sharing one voice for L'Oreal.
- Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement in key performance indicators (KPIs)-including Original Fill Rate (OFR), On-Time Delivery (OTD), ASN Accuracy, Damages, etc in partnership with the Divisional Ulta Supply Chain teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: reinforce cross-divisional collaboration via projects/iniaitives both internally and with Ulta.
- Supply Chain Innovation & Sustainability: Spearhead joint business programs (JBP) projects, digital supply chain integrations, and sustainability initiatives (e.g., waste reduction, optimized packaging and logistics).
- Team Leadership & Development: through influence, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of agility, accountability, and continuous learning.
What We Are Looking For:Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience within the CPG, beauty, or retail industry, with direct experience managing major mass or prestige retail accounts (Ulta experience strongly preferred).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
- Skills:
- Deep expertise in collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment (CPFR).
- Strong proficiency in ERP and supply chain planning tools (e.g., SAP, advanced analytics platforms).
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to navigate a complex, multi-divisional matrix environment.
