Compensation Range
The base pay scale for this position is $228,500.00 - $348,125.00. In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The hiring range listed is a good faith determination of potential compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.

What you will be doing

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Roadmap Development
  • Define and articulate the long-term corporate applications strategy and technology roadmap in alignment with organizational objectives and IT governance standards.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, vendor capabilities, and platform enhancements to inform build-vs.-buy decisions and integration strategies.
  • Participate in enterprise IT strategic planning, contributing to short-term and long-term technology roadmaps.


Application Portfolio Management
  • Oversee the design, implementation, maintenance, and evolution of enterprise applications (e.g., Workday, UKG Dimensions/Kronos, financial systems, supply chain, workforce management).
  • Ensure full and consistent implementation of system upgrades, patches, and enhancements across all corporate platforms.
  • Manage application testing, deployment, and release management processes to ensure reliability and quality.
  • Ensures 24/7 operational readiness and maintenance of downtime procedures.


Operational Leadership
  • Lead day-to-day operations of corporate application systems, ensuring high availability, performance, and service-level compliance.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process optimization.
  • Implement ITIL-based quality processes, incident management, and problem management methodologies.


Team Leadership & Talent Development
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of directors, managers, technical leads, and application analysts. Conduct annual performance evaluations, set goals, and foster professional growth and a culture of continuous learning. Drive talent management strategies, maintaining a clear view of upcoming advancements in digital technologies, and building expertise within the team. Stakeholder & Vendor ManagementManage relationships with technology vendors, negotiate software purchases, and support agreements, and oversee Statements of Work (SOWs). Serve as a key liaison between senior IT leadership and departmental teams to ensure clear communication and effective implementation of enterprise policiesFinancial & Budget Management Manage annual operational and capital budgets for the corporate applications portfolio. Monitor fiscal operations, control expenditures, and ensure cost-effectiveness of application investments. Manage a portfolio of technology investments, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with quality. Corporate Application Role Only: Establish executive-level relationships with business stakeholders across departments; gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
