KW Prosperity is seeking an Assistant Team Leader to support agent engagement, retention, onboarding, recruiting, and overall Market Center operations. This role works closely with leadership and agents to help create a connected, growth-focused, and productive environment.

This is a relationship-driven leadership role for someone who enjoys supporting agents, solving problems, building culture, and helping the organization grow.

Responsibilities
• Support agent retention, engagement, onboarding, and overall experience
• Build strong relationships with agents and leadership teams
• Assist with recruiting conversations, follow-up, and onboarding coordination
• Support Business Center communication, culture, and agent connection
• Help agents identify the right resources, coaching, training, or leadership support
• Track follow-up, recruiting activity, and agent communication
• Support Career Night, KSCORE, onboarding, and leadership initiatives as needed
• Assist with team matching, referrals, and agent transition support
• Maintain consistent communication with agents and leadership

Operational Responsibilities

This role also requires strong operational and organizational skills. The Assistant Team Leader will support systems, processes, reporting, and communication across the Market Center. Candidates should be comfortable learning and using technology platforms and operational systems, including:
• CRM systems (CommandMC)
• Document management systems (DotLoop)
• Microsoft Office / MS Suite
• Calendly, KPA, and related business tools

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities while supporting both the people side and operational side of the business.
