Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Superintendent to join our growing construction team in the San Diego area. This role will work closely with the Superintendent to oversee daily field operations, ensure projects stay on schedule, maintain quality standards, and promote a safe work environment. The ideal candidate has experience in commercial construction and is looking to continue growing their career in field leadership.
Responsibilities
  • Assist the Superintendent in managing day-to-day construction activities on active job sites.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure work is completed safely and on schedule.
  • Monitor project progress and help maintain the construction schedule.
  • Conduct daily job site walks to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with project plans and specifications.

  • Assist with inspections and coordinate with local building officials as needed.
