  • Lead and supervise workers alongside the Superintendent, monitoring performance.
  • Perform basic take-offs and develop estimates for change orders.
  • Collaborate with management to communicate project progress and trends.
  • Document and track construction documents, punch lists, and changes.

Full Job Description
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Manage all subcontractor activities
  • Perform as the Project Safety Monitor. Ensure that all health and safety project plans are implemented
  • Fully understand the scheduling process and related software; able to actively status the field progress and update schedule
  • With Superintendent, lead and supervise the workers and monitor work performance
  • Perform basic take-offs and has estimating skills for change order work
  • Work collaboratively with management by keeping them informed of progress, summarizing information and trends
  • Track/record construction documents, punch lists and changes
  • Attend and document Safety, Subcontractor and Owner meetings
  • Provide input and assistance with pre-job planning, strategizing and conceptual scheduling
  • Mentor subordinates and promote team atmosphere reflecting BOND's values


WHAT YOU BRING
  • BS in engineering or related discipline or equivalent work experience in the Construction Industry
  • Requires exceptional supervisory, interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain positive working relationships
  • Builder's license and appropriate education and certifications (OSHA, First Aid, CPR, etc.)
  • Possesses knowledge of Owner Contracts, drawings, subcontractor agreements, scope and risk management mitigation
  • Exhibits a thorough understanding of construction knowledge, including but not limited to site work, concrete, masonry, mechanical and electrical
  • Demonstrated experience with scheduling process and use of a project plan
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized, flexible, and able to effectively multitask while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have excellent time management and prioritization skills to ensure deadlines are met while providing accurate deliverables
  • Must have a robust knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook)

  • The expected salary range for this role is $90,000 to $115,000 per year. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
