Full Job Description
This role is responsible for assisting the Service Manager in daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with automotive service experience and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment. The Automotive Service Assistant Manager will receive a generous comprehensive compensation and benefits package in addition to the collaboration of a dynamic leadership team. COMPENSATION:

The Assistant Service Manager Position has a Monthly Page Range of $5,859-$12,000. Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Salary Compensation. The position may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
  • Monthly Pay Range: $5,859-$12,000. This position pays salary plus monthly bonus.
