AssistantScientist, NA FSOP, GDI, you will assist in bringing concepts to life through hands-on formulation, testing, and commercialization activities. You'll support local and regional projects, learning to apply market insights and digital tools to help ensure products meet consumer expectations, quality standards, regulatory requirements, and manufacturing needs. This is an execution-focused role for a technically curious problem-solver who is eager to learn, develop new skills, and grow expertise while contributing to high-impact beverage launches.
What You'll Do- Create Prototypes & Formulations - Execute lab-scale recipes under manager supervision, following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company protocols.
- Test, Learn, Improve - Conduct sensory, analytical, and shelf-life testing together with the Micro and stability teams.
- Scale Up for Market - Support pilot and commercial production trials, ensuring processes and packaging compatibility.
- Maintain Excellence - Over the full process, keep lab equipment in top condition; follow safety, compliance, and documentation standards.
- Business understanding & System knowledge: Develop basic understanding of Coca-Cola's business operations, market dynamics, and industry trends. Awareness of bottling and syrup operations and global supply chains.
What You'll Need- Bachelor's/Master's in Food Science, Chemistry, Nutrition, Chemical Engineering, or similar.

Skills:Pay Range:United States of America: 80,900 USD - 98,900 USD
