A seasoned Assistant Regional knows the tasks at hand, here are a few of the priorities for us!- Build and maintain an "A" team to manage the assigned communities.
- Property Manages the full-cycle operational and financial responsibilities of a "Region".
- Makes strategic changes to increase income, decrease expenses and grow net operating income.
What the ideal candidate looks like:- 5+ years' experience in Multifamily Housing management
- Experience managing multiple communities.
- Proven track record of successfully leading a team of 15+.
- Must be able to thoroughly understand the financial aspects of running a portfolio.
- Able to pass a soft credit review
