Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Architecture, or Engineering preferred, but experience will be considered in lieu of education
• At least 6 years of building construction experience, including 3 years as a Senior Project Engineer
• Understanding of the entire construction management process, including budgeting and scheduling
• Technical knowledge of building components and systems
• Aptitude for mentoring and training team members
• Experience with BIM and subcontract coordination
• A passion for building and project management

Responsibilities

• Assist the project manager in managing profitability and staff development
• Collaborate on constructability reviews and problem-solving initiatives
• Work closely with project supervision to maintain project schedules
• Proactively lead safety efforts at the job site
• Supervise project engineers and interns to foster their development
