The Opportunity

As an Assistant Project Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of residential construction projects through every stage of construction, from pre-construction planning to project completion. Working alongside experienced Project Managers, Site Superintendents, consultants, and trade partners, you'll help coordinate project activities, maintain critical documentation, and contribute to keeping projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with Marcon's quality standards.

This role offers the opportunity to build broad project management experience while developing strong relationships with internal teams, consultants, and trade partners. You'll gain exposure to project planning, contract administration, construction execution, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement, providing an excellent foundation for long-term career growth within Marcon's Construction team.

What You'll Be Doing
