Responsibilities Position Summary Austin Oaks Hospital is seeking qualified, energetic candidates for our Assistant Program Director of Outpatient Services for our Branches South Location. The Assistant Director of Outpatient Services is accountable for the leadership and strategic management including ensuring the strategic direction and planning of outpatient program services, program marketing and referral development activities. In collaboration with the CNO, Medical Director, Director of Outpatient, this position assesses, develops, implements and evaluates program philosophy, goals, objectives, and treatment interventions. This position provides the leadership necessary for successful program development and maintenance through appropriate, organized, and program focused referral development activities.

Qualifications Requirements:EDUCATION:
Required: Master's degree in a Behavioral Health area from an accredited college or university.
LICENSURE / CERTIFICATION:
One of the following licenses in Texas: LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, preferably LCSW or LPC-Supervisor.
EXPERIENCE:
Required: At least 5 years clinical experience in the psychiatric/mental health field.
Preferred: At least 3 years in a lead/managerial capacity.
