Title: Assistant Program Director (AMFT | ACSW)
Job Duties: The Assistant Program Director (AMFT | ACSW) assists in the direction and coordination of assigned aspects of case management and programming. The Assistant Program Director (AMFT | ACSW) ensures compliance with established policies and procedures of the overall program and timely completion of respective reporting requirements. The Assistant Program Director (AMFT | ACSW) also helps in the supervision of program staff by providing therapeutic guidance. In addition, he or she assists the Program/Clinical Director in coordinating and implementing the core program.
Schedule: - Full-Time (Weekends and nights availability with On-Call rotating 24/7 coverage)
Qualifications:- A current AMFT or ACSW.
- A minimum of a B.S. degree in psychology, social work, or a field related to mental health.
- A minimum of two years' experience in a clinical setting, at least one of which must have been in a mental health setting.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
Pay Range:
$83,200-$104,000 USD
