Job Description:
The Assistant Program Coordinator supports the day-to-day operational needs of the Enterprise Transformation Program. This is an entry-level role ideal for an organized, detail-oriented early career professional looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, enterprise-scale program environment; duties focus on monitoring program health, coordinating between program teams, assisting in risk management, and supporting program leadership presentations to key stakeholders.
• Tracking progress against approved program milestones; assistance in execution of the risk management process.
• Assist with the preparation of status updates and stakeholder-facing materials.
• Assist in the maintenance of program scope documents, project timelines, meeting notes, action registers, and related program documentation for review by Program Management.
• Monitor program scheduling, budget status, resource needs, and performance indicators to support informed decision-making and timely escalation.
• Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, documentation updates, and cross-functional communications as provided by program leadership to support alignment across program teams.
• Support data gathering, reporting, and process documentation activities to improve visibility into program execution and operational performance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Project Management, or related field
- 2.8 GPA
- 0–2 years of professional experience, including internships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Summary Pay Range:
$77,264.00 - $115,896.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
