DUTIES

The School of Nursing seeks applications for one (1) Tripartite tenure track position with a potential start date of July 1, 2026. The successful candidate with a tripartite appointment will teach theory and practice courses in undergraduate and graduate programs, have a well-developed program of research/scholarship, and engage in service to the school, university, profession, and community.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • PhD or other doctorate; consideration may be given to doctoral candidates who will complete their degree by the appointment date or shortly thereafter.
  • Holds a minimum of one (1) degree in nursing;
  • Five (5) years full-time or equivalent hours of nursing experience;
  • Evidence of a program of scholarship/research;
  • Evidence of continuous learning in your area of nursing;
  • Experience teaching theory and clinical practice;
  • An understanding of, and experience in, the Canadian healthcare system;
  • Current BCCNM registration in good standing without limits or conditions, or eligibility for registration with BCCNM prior to appointment; transcripts and references required for interview


Pay Band

$73,665.93 - $114,124.39 ( According to TRUFA Salary Schedule (Range TS01 - TS12) )
