- Credential Copy (BOTH Administrative & Teaching credentials. A detailed screenshot from the CTC website OR a credential status letter from your university with an anticipated date of completion OR proof of administrative credential application. PLEASE NOTE: Administrative Credential must post by July 1, 2025.)
- Letter of Introduction
- Letter(s) of Recommendation (Three (3) current, signed & dated within the past twelve (12) months.)
