Position Available at:
  • Gary Comer Schools-Assistant Principal-6th Grade, 7th Grade and 8th Grade
  • Mansueto High School - Assistant Principal of Academics
  • Muchin College Prep

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Lead all instructional teams; coach deans of instruction or Lead all non-instructional teams: office, facilities, and discipline/culture
  • Responsible for all student programming and promotion results
  • Oversee the planning and implementation of school events and services
  • Design and implement the vision, goals, and requirements for instructional excellence and the pathway for student academic gains in collaboration with other instructional leadership and the Principal
  • Manage content department chairs, grade-level leads, and other mid-level leadership roles
  • Analyze data, facilitate quarterly data conferences, track progress toward academic goals (including gradebook audits and GPA), and intervene with specific teachers and teams as necessary
  • Organize, develop, and deliver on-site high quality professional development
  • Coordinate standardized testing and other academic supports
  • Support with hiring process and onboarding for new teachers
  • Execute Noble's student code of conduct with fidelity in order to create a positive, structured learning environment where students are held to high expectations and empowered to grow academically

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Eligibility to work in the United States on a full-time basis
  • Active Illinois Teaching License preferred, not required

Compensation & Benefits
