Key Job Responsibilities - Lead all instructional teams; coach deans of instruction or Lead all non-instructional teams: office, facilities, and discipline/culture
- Responsible for all student programming and promotion results
- Oversee the planning and implementation of school events and services
- Design and implement the vision, goals, and requirements for instructional excellence and the pathway for student academic gains in collaboration with other instructional leadership and the Principal
- Manage content department chairs, grade-level leads, and other mid-level leadership roles
- Analyze data, facilitate quarterly data conferences, track progress toward academic goals (including gradebook audits and GPA), and intervene with specific teachers and teams as necessary
- Organize, develop, and deliver on-site high quality professional development
- Coordinate standardized testing and other academic supports
- Support with hiring process and onboarding for new teachers
- Execute Noble's student code of conduct with fidelity in order to create a positive, structured learning environment where students are held to high expectations and empowered to grow academically

Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree required
- Eligibility to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Active Illinois Teaching License preferred, not required

Compensation for this position falls between $100,000 and $125,000 per year, which represents the average for staff in this role. Factors such as years of experience and skill sets may impact placement within, or outside, this range.
