Qualifications

• 5 years of supervisory/managerial experience in a production setting
• 2+ years of corporate customer service experience
• Bi-lingual in English/Spanish preferred
• Degree in a relevant field preferred
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of production workflows
• Proven track record of managing to operational standards

Responsibilities

• Maintain individual and department performance standards
• Supervise and manage 4 Production Supervisors and large team
• Conduct compliance checks to ensure adherence to company policies
• Implement learning initiatives to boost team performance
• Oversee health and safety processes, conducting investigations as needed
• Build strong relationships with customers at all business levels
• Analyze operational processes for performance improvements
• Prepare various operational reports for senior management
• Consult on new concepts in company processes
• Address emerging issues to meet production goals
• Handle HR duties related to payroll and employee management
