Job DescriptionAs the Assistant Nurse Manager in Surgical Services, you'll play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our Operating Room, Sterile Processing, and PACU. Partnering closely with the Nurse Manager and leadership team, you'll help guide clinical excellence, support staff development, and ensure smooth, efficient surgical operations.
What You'll Do- Support daily OR, Sterile Processing, and PACU operations and ensure high-quality patient care
- Supervise, mentor, and inspire nursing staff
- Promote a collaborative, team-focused environment
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards and best practices
- Assist with staff education, onboarding, and professional development
- Lead and support quality improvement initiatives
- Help coordinate surgical services for optimal efficiency and outcomes

- Current Registered Nurse license in South Carolina or compact state (required)
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association (required)
- CNOR certification (preferred)
- Experience in Operating Room, Sterile Processing, and PACU
