Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of recent ICU nursing experience required, preferably in CTICU.
  • Leadership experience as an Assistant Nurse Manager is preferred.
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing school is a must.
  • BSN or a related Bachelor's degree is required.
  • MSN or related Master's degree is preferred.
  • Active PA RN license or multi-state license through the Nursing Licensure Compact is essential.
  • BLS certification from an accredited body is required; specialty certification is desired.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in budgeting and resource allocation for the units.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Description:
Could you be our next CTICU/CT-Stepdown Assistant Nurse Manager at Lankenau Medical Center?

Position: Assistant Nurse Manager - CTICU & CT-Stepdown
Shift: Full-time, Five/8 hours; Day Shift with 50% rotation to off-shift

Experience:
1. Recent 3-5 years ICU Nurse experience required. CTICU Nurse experience preferred.
2. Recent Assistant Nurse Manager and/or Leadership experience preferred

Education:
1. Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
2. BSN or other related Bachelor's Degree required.
3. MSN or other related Master's Degree preferred.

Licensures/Certifications:
1. PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
2. Provider BLS (American Heart Association / American Red Cross) required.
3. Certification in specialty area is desired.
