Job PurposeLeadership role responsible for execution quality and timing, ensuring assigned new products are validated, compliant, and operationally ready for successful U.S. market introduction, while directly supervising the Rigging & Parts Specialist to ensure rigging and component readiness, system accuracy, and inventory alignment. This position supervises the activities that drive the unit's objectives & initiatives by managing resources and operations of the New Model Marine team. The role also leads warehouse recovery activities for service campaigns and safety recalls by coordinating inventory holds, in-house repair execution, and return-to-sale readiness to protect product quality and customer trust.
Key Accountabilities- Overseeing new model launch and support - Lead operational readiness for all assigned new product introductions from pre-launch validation through post-launch support.
- Field Testing & Issue Identification - Coordinate and participate in field testing to identify performance, durability, and serviceability risks prior to market release.
- Service & Technical Feedback Loop - Document, analyze, and communicate early service issues and corrective actions with engineering, service, and operations teams.
- Training Enablement Support - Support the sales and service training teams with product knowledge, demonstrations, technical data, and launch materials.
- Warehouse Project Coordination - Plan and coordinate warehouse campaigns, logistics alignment, and cross-department execution.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or related field) OR equivalent demonstrated technical/product operations experience
- 8+ years (or 8+ years for engineering-heavy emphasis) in one or more of the following: product quality/validation, manufacturing engineering, field service/technical support, product operations, or warehouse/campaign project operations, 10 years of experience in unrelated field w/degree, 12 years of experience in a related field w/no degree.
- Experience working with mechanical or electro-mechanical products and hands-on evaluation/testing
- Strong technical troubleshooting, problem-solving, and root cause analysis capability
- Ability to interpret technical documentation, specifications, and service bulletins; translate findings into clear actions
- Strong project coordination, timeline management, and cross-functional communication skills
- Comfort working across office/warehouse/testing environments with a bias for action and attention to detail
- Leadership/supervision experience(preferred but not required)
