WHAT YOU WILL DO- We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional with financial systems implementation experience and technical capabilities to support our FP&A team. This role will serve as a key member for OneStream Financial Planning and SAP Global ERP systems, while also driving financial planning, reporting, and analysis across the organization.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACTFinancial Systems Administration & Support- Serve as a key resource for the OneStream Financial Planning System:
- Provide user support, reporting, testing (UAT), training, and system enhancement maintenance.
- Act as SAP GERP Super User for FM and PS modules:
- Manage master data, approvals, budget uploads, system integrity, and user support.
Financial Planning, Reporting & Analysis- Support month-end close reporting and analysis for advertising, employee, and SG&A expenses.
- Assist with monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range planning.
- Support Risks & Opportunities reporting:
- Analyce financial impact and track performance against targets.
- Support budget initiatives:
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives in SAP GERP, coordinate with operations teams, and monitor savings against targets.
Business Support & Collaboration- Assist with MCM-A financial analysis presentations.
- Support Purchase Order and Check Request approvals for Marketing.
- Manage recurring KPI, governance, HR, Product Director Office, and tariff reporting.
- Partner across departments to enhance data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and financial visibility.
Additional Responsibilities- Provide team backup support.
- Support special projects and ad hoc analyses.
- Perform assigned tasks under general direction following established processes.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE- Must hold a bachelor's degree, Accounting, Economics or Finance.
- MBA/Master's degree preferred.
- Five or more years of experience of which at least three years of directly related financial planning experience.
- Large, multinational organization experience preferred.
- Strong personal computer skills, i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Access.
- Exceptional analytical skills.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
- CPA or CMA desired.
- Prove efficiency by leveraging data from various systems for analysis and reporting (including SAP, OneStream, MicroStrategy, and Tableau).
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills and the ability to formally present financial information to management.
WHAT HYUNDAI CAN OFFER YOU- Compensation Range: $75,400 - $104,000 annual base salary
