Full Job Description
The Assistant Manager, Brand Media will report to the Senior Manager, Global/US Brand Media and will play a key operational and creative role within the Brand Media team, driving the execution of US media programs while supporting global alignment and best-practice sharing.

This role acts as a critical link between internal creative and brand strategy teams, external media agency partners, and production vendor teams. The ideal candidate combines strong project management capabilities with a thoughtful creative eye for copywriting and visual aesthetics, ensuring on-budget execution across marketing channels.

About the Job
• Asset management: Deliver campaign imagery and copy to agency partners for feedback and deployment.
• Performance insights: Monitor creative performance and identify trends to inform future creative direction.
• Briefing and approvals: Gather ad specifications across channels and markets. Work cross functionally with internal creative teams, ad agencies, and media partners to ensure full coverage across channels.
• Lead custom programs: Support briefs, pre-production, shoots, feedback, and approvals for non-standard media opportunities.
• Organic social partnership: Work closely with organic social teams to drive alignment with Influencer programs and identify opportunities for paid boosting.

About You
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in an advertising agency or brand management environment, with familiarity across all media channels (with an emphasis on digital and paid social).
• Creative Briefing: Hands-on experience writing actionable creative briefs; demonstrated ability to pull out thoughtful insights that direct media partners and content creators effectively.
• Creative & Cultural Eye: Strong aesthetic judgment, keen attention to copywriting, and an active pulse on culture and trends-especially across fashion, music, and sports among the Adults 24-30 demographic.
• Project Management: Proven track record of managing complex projects, driving accurate execution that is consistently delivered on-budget.
• Agency & Vendor Coordination: Experience managing external media agencies, production partners, and vendor workflows.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Excellent cross-functional team player with strong organizational discipline.

This is a hybrid work schedule based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.

The expected starting salary range for this role is $69,400 - $101,800 per year We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
