ROLE SUMMARY: The Assistant General Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining high standards of service, implementing policies, and optimizing overall restaurant performance. They will work in collaboration with the General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, staff management, customer satisfaction, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fine dining, be organized, and doesn't mind wearing multiple hats.
RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Provide superior customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Respond to customer concerns efficiently and in a professional manner.
- Enforce and offer the best quality of products possible.
- Support restaurant standard practices such as P&L analysis and monthly inventory.
- Manage staff schedules based on forecast and performance measures.
- Evaluate staff performance and provide coaching to improve productivity.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the company.
- Ensure compliance of service and hospitality standards.
- Provide support to General Manager.
- Other tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS: - Minimum of 3 years' management experience in a full-service, high-volume dining establishment.
- Must be 21+ years of age.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks in stressful environments.
- Strong knowledge of front and back house operations.
- Great decision making and organizational skills.
- Upbeat and energetic attitude.
- Responsible and trustworthy.
- Attentive to detail.
