The opportunity

Delaware North's Patina Group is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join the leadership team at Space 220 in Orlando, Florida! As a key member of the restaurant's leadership team, the Assistant General Manager partners closely with the General Manager to oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

This role is heavily focused on front-of-house leadership, serving as the primary leader for FOH operations, administrative functions, and floor management. The Assistant General Manager is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing managers while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and service excellence.

Pay

Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $81,900 - $110,600 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?
  • Ownership of FOH Operations in accordance with Patina Group standards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with license partners, vendors, and key stakeholders to support operational excellence and business objectives.
  • Foster positive guest relations by ensuring exceptional service standards and creating enjoyable, memorable dining experiences
  • Supervision of team members and ensure company policy and procedures are followed
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding liquor, sanitation, payroll, and employment
  • Oversee Training and development of managers and team managers
  • Manage all front of house operations including reservations, bar, and floor management


More about you
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager in a high-volume, upscale restaurant environment preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in P&L management, cost control, and budget oversight
  • Demonstrated success in coaching, mentoring, and developing employees across a diverse workforce
  • Organizational and time management skills, as well as written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience creating memorable guest experiences through attentive, service-focused leadership
  • Proficient computer skills, including Word, Outlook & Excel
