This is a salaried position $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 Annually

We are now seeking an Assistant General Manager at Heritage Estates!

About the Role

As the Assistant Manager, you'll partner closely with the General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the community while helping create an exceptional experience for residents, families, and employees. What You'll Do

  • Support daily operations across multiple departments, including Dining, Housekeeping, Plant Operations, Guest Services, Transportation, Marketing, and Health & Wellness.
  • Partner with the General Manager to ensure efficient, compliant, and profitable community operations.
  • Assists in the planning and prioritization of capital expenditure (CapEx) projects, supporting decision making based on return on investment (ROI), life-safety considerations, and operational impact.
  • Assists with project and vendor coordination, including bidding processes, timeline management, budget tracking, and minimizing operational disruption.
  • Ensures projects are aligned with applicable regulatory, life-safety, ADA, OSHA, and company requirements.
  • Assist with community licensing, regulatory compliance, documentation, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to improve operational performance and the resident experience.
  • Support community sales and marketing efforts while serving as a liaison between residents, families, and leadership.

What You'll Bring
