An award-winning, high-volume restaurant is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help lead daily operations.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of management experience in upscale casual, polished casual, or fine dining restaurants
- Experience leading high-volume service while maintaining elevated hospitality standards
- Strong floor presence with a hands-on leadership style
- Ability to hire, train, coach, and develop both managers and hourly team members
Responsibilities:
- Support the General Manager in overseeing all daily restaurant operations
- Lead and develop FOH managers and hourly team members through coaching, mentorship, and accountability
- Ensure hospitality, service, and operational standards are consistently executed
- Maintain a visible presence on the floor during service and support the team as needed
