Pay Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $78,400 - $105,800 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. What will you do? - Partner with the General Manager to train, manage and oversee front-of-house service staff, ensuring delivery of products and professional services is consistent with budget, policies, procedures, and quality
- Ensure all Health Department regulations are being adhered to and the restaurant is clean, sanitized, and safe for team members and guests
- Collaborate with leaders to maximize sales potential and profitability, including promotions, guest satisfaction, monitoring product and labor costs, and reviewing financial information
- Order and conduct weekly inventory of wine, liquor, and other supplies
- Build rapport with restaurant guests and ensure an enjoyable and memorable experience
More about you - Minimum of three years' experience as an Assistant General Manager, or Senior Restaurant Manager witha focus on beverage management
- No college degree required
- ServSafe preferred but not mandatory
- Strong financial and computer skills; experience working with and understanding P&Ls
- Microsoft Office Suite- Word and Excel knowledge
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to deal effectively with all types of team members and guests
