  • Support vendor management and third-party risk programs, including due diligence, compliance reviews, and ongoing supplier governance initiatives.
  • Assist with investigations, claims, disputes, and litigation matters involving suppliers, customers, logistics providers, and other business partners.
  • Develop and deliver training programs, policies, and guidance documents to enhance legal and compliance awareness across supply chain and procurement organizations.
  • Monitor and interpret emerging laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting global manufacturing, supply chain operations, sustainability initiatives, and responsible sourcing practices.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and external counsel to ensure timely and practical resolution of legal matters while supporting business objectives.

  • Strong knowledge of global trade regulations, import/export controls, customs matters, sanctions programs, and international compliance frameworks.
  • Experience advising multinational businesses operating in highly regulated and fast-paced environments.
  • Proven ability to balance legal risk with commercial objectives and provide pragmatic, solutions-oriented legal counsel.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain risk management, supplier governance, and third-party compliance programs.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
