Key Responsibilities- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities.
- Monitor project profitability and prepare Work-in-Progress (WIP) reports.
- Manage cash flow forecasting and financial reporting.
- Support long-term financial strategy and business planning.
- Partner with executive leadership to improve financial processes and operational efficiency.
- Ensure accurate financial controls and compliance with accounting standards.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA designation preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of senior-level accounting or finance leadership experience.
- Experience within architecture, engineering, construction (AEC), or other project-based professional services is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Financial planning and forecasting
- Budgeting
- Project accounting
- Work-in-Progress (WIP) reporting
- Cash flow management
- Financial reporting and internal controls
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Must currently reside within commuting distance of West Palm Beach, FL.
