Full Job Description
Full Time, 1st Shift, 8am-5pm

This is a 12-month fellowship. Upon successful completion of the program, the fellow will be promoted to and converted into the role of Assistant Director.

Execute strategy and assume accountability for overall operational and financial performance. Drive excellence in patient access and patient experience through timely appointment availability, efficient patient flow, high patient satisfaction, and maintenance of network integrity. Optimize operation room, clinic and staffing workflows to maximize efficiency and resource utilization. Support adherence to clinical pathways, regulatory requirements, and patient safety standards. Monitor operational budgets, productivity, and resource allocation to ensure effective stewardship of organizational resources.

Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's degree in business administration/healthcare administration or currently working towards completion of. Other bachelor's degrees will be considered if leadership experience is met.
      • At least 3-5 years in a leadership or supervisory role:
        • Budget and cost control
        • Productivity metrics and performance improvement
        • Understanding service line profitability
        • Staff management
        • Physician relations and collaboration
        • Multi-site or regional operational oversight
        • Strategic thinking
      • Specialty clinics background
        • Familiarity with:
          • Clinical workflows in medical practice
          • DNV, RHC and HOPD standards
          • Patient throughput, access and care coordination
          • Revenue cycle basics (billing, coding, reimbursement)
