Grow Your Leadership Career.Working closely with the Director of Nursing, the ADON helps oversee daily clinical operations, mentor nursing staff, and promote high-quality resident care. What You'll Do- Partner with the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily nursing department operations.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and support to nursing staff.
- Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
- Assist with quality improvement, clinical audits, and survey preparedness.
- Support staffing, clinical oversight, and resident care initiatives.
Qualifications- Active RN license required. Massachusetts licensure required prior to start date.
- Skilled nursing and/or long-term care experience required.
- Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
