What You'll Do- Partner with the Director of Nursing to oversee the daily operation of the nursing department.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and support to nursing staff while promoting professional growth.
- Help ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.
- Assist with quality improvement initiatives, audits, and survey preparedness.
- Support staffing, scheduling, clinical oversight, and resident care initiatives.
- Collaborate with physicians, department leaders, residents, and families to promote outstanding clinical outcomes.
- Foster a positive, respectful, and resident-centered culture throughout the nursing department.
Qualifications- Active RN license required. Massachusetts licensure required prior to start date.
- Skilled nursing and/or long-term care experience required.
- Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to make sound clinical and operational decisions in a fast-paced environment.
