Assistant Director of Nursing - Skilled Nursing$80,000-$95,000/year | Charlestown Place at New AlbanyAs the Assistant Director of Nursing, you'll support the clinical leadership at our skilled nursing facility, including:
- Support the clinical leadership at our skilled nursing facility
- Coordinate nursing services and oversee care plans
- Monitor regulatory compliance and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
- Assist with staff supervision, training, and scheduling
- Participate in audits, maintain accurate documentation, and support quality improvement initiatives
- Bring strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to high-quality resident care
- Manage and mentor a team effectively in this hands-on leadership role requiring flexibility and professionalism
What You'll Need- Nursing degree or completion of a nursing program (required)
- Active RN license in the state of Indiana (required)
- Effective leadership and computer skills (required)
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience in LTC (required)
