Assistant Director of Nursing

Job Summary:

AdviniaCare at Vinnin Square is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in overseeing the clinical functions of our facility, ensuring the highest standard of care for our residents. Responsibilities:
• Assist the Director of Nursing with clinical functions of the facility, including reviewing documentation, conducting rounds with physicians, and participating in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
• Manage staff, including assigning shifts, conducting performance evaluations, and providing coaching and mentoring to ensure exceptional care delivery
• Hold in-services and training sessions to educate staff on new procedures, policies, and best practices
• Assist with staffing, including scheduling and recruiting nurses and other healthcare professionals
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and coordinated care experience for our residents
• Focus on quality assurance and performance improvement, identified areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance the quality of care

Requirements:
RN Preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with physicians, residents, and family members
