  • Assist with staffing coordination and support effective communication across all nursing shifts.

Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)

The ADON plays a vital role in supporting the Director of Nursing and overseeing the delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care. This position provides clinical leadership, supports nursing staff development, ensures regulatory compliance, and promotes a culture of excellence, teamwork, and compassion throughout the facility.

The ideal candidate is a strong nursing leader with long-term care experience who is passionate about improving resident outcomes and supporting a dedicated nursing team.

Key Responsibilities
