Assistant Director of Nursing - ADON - RN- $98K to $108K annually per hour based oncircumstances including license, skills, qualifications, degrees and certifications, prior job experience, training, market data, and other relevant factors.
Assistant Director of Nursing - ADON - RN Qualifications: - Current IL RN License.
- 5 years of SNF and LTC experience required.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to assess and care for high acuity patients.
- Strong clinical skills.
- Infection Preventionist Certificate or experience preferred.
- Experience in promoting and facilitating teamwork.
- A dependable, kind, and energetic demeanor.
- PCC experience required.
Assistant Director of Nursing - ADON - RN Job Summary:- Assist in the development and maintenance of nursing services objectives and standards.
- Provide staff development in multiple disciplines including risk management and quality assurance.
- Assist in governance of day-to-day functions of the nursing department.
- Collaborate with Director of Nursing and other Department Heads to ensure quality care for residents.
- Participates in meetings and communicates appropriate information.
- Plan, develop, coordinate and document quality assurance and performance improvement.
- Serve as On-Call nurse as necessary.
- Work rounding with the cart as necessary.
