Responsibilities

Competitive Salary: $100,000-$105,000 gross annually, based on previous experience & education What you will be doing: • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service • Leading a team of 10 outlet managers (30 Asst F&B management supports) and working with the banquet team in delivering an exceptional guest experience • Recruit outlet managers and support in recruitment of all Food & Beverage leaders • Oversee the opening and closing of seasonal outlets • Analyze food and beverage business trends to develop accurate forecasts, closure plans, recruitment plans and strategies to maximize profits • Direct and assist in the development and implementation of promotional and sales events • Guide and develop outlets managers while executing individual(s) succession plans • Constantly seek out new revenue driving initiatives • Forecast monthly revenue for the outlets • Represent the outlets in pre-convention meetings and build relationships with groups to ensure maximum capture in the outlets • Be an ambassador of the community and participate in local events • Maintain a strong relationship with suppliers and negotiate the best possible prices • An active member in hotel committees • Conduct regular research of direct competition • Develop detailed design briefs for capital projects • Other duties as assigned Qualifications • Previous Food & Beverage experience in a senior leadership role required • Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required • University/College degree in a related discipline preferred • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities • Highly responsible & reliable • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times • Ability to to understand and work with AI Additional Information Job Perks & Benefits: • One complimentary meal per shift in our staff cafeteria (additional meals can be purchased for $8/meal) • Employee travel program with discounts on room rates as well as on food & beverage at Fairmont & Accor properties world-wide • Access to the Mountain Explorer Travel Program - exclusive room rates for colleagues, which includes 50% off all food & beverage when staying at Fairmont Resorts in Lake Louise, Jasper & Whistler • Discounts while using our resort's Food & Beverage Outlets, Fitness Centre, Spa and Fairmont Banff Springs Golf Courses Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
