Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round
Pay Rate: $90k - $100k

What You'll Do Includes- Coordinate the monthly accounting close, ensuring journal entries, reconciliations, schedules, and financial reporting are accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
- Lead accounting oversight for Spa and Food & Beverage operations, including revenue, labor, cost of sales, inventories, departmental expenses, and related controls.
- Provide financial oversight of HOA and Master Association accounting, including budgets, forecasts, financial statements, reserve activity, and board reporting.
- Analyze financial results and operating trends, investigate significant variances, and turn the numbers into clear insights and recommendations for property leaders and ownership.
- Prepare and present financial results, budgets, forecasts, and other reporting to operating leaders, ownership representatives, and association boards.
- Oversee and support the accounting team, including supervision of the Accounting Manager, setting priorities, developing cross-training and backup coverage, and ensuring critical deadlines and standards are met.
Our Ideal Candidate Has- Progressive accounting experience, including month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, internal controls, and hospitality accounting, preferably in a full-service hotel or resort
- Supervisory or management experience with the ability to coach, develop, set expectations, and hold others accountable
- Experience with HOA or association accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial presentations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience; ability to manage multiple complex priorities and deadlines
- Clear, confident communication and presentation skills, sound judgment, integrity, and discretion, with a collaborative, service-oriented approach and strong interpersonal skills
