About the Role:

The Assistant Director of Nursing plays a pivotal role in supporting the Director of Nursing to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care within healthcare facilities. This position involves overseeing nursing staff, coordinating clinical operations, and implementing policies that promote patient safety and compliance with regulatory standards. The Assistant Director will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance care delivery, optimize resource utilization, and foster a positive work environment. Minimum Qualifications:
