8:00 A.M - 4:00 P.M - 9:00 A.M - 500 P.M ( Mon - Fri)

Duties & Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF POSITION

Serve as Administrator for the Behavioral Health, Primary Care Clinic (BH PCC), including the BH Esketamine Practice and Long Acting Injectable (LAI) Clinic.

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Oversee daily operations of the BH PCC, including the Esketamine Practice and LAI Clinic.
  • Oversee integrative team functioning and provide administrative oversight with accountability to quality, safety, utilization and financial metrics.
  • Participate in the development of policies, procedures, and protocols related to the BH PCC.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Program Performance Improvement and Quality lead, designing and implementing new workflows.
  • Report out to BH Quality Council.
  • Direct supervision of clerical staff. Responsible for oversight of registration procures, scheduling and referral workqueues for BH PCC.
  • Template manager for BH PCC and included programs.
  • Oversee all data collection, analysis and reports to Quality management department and other regulatory agencies
  • Work with Finance and Utilization management closely in billing and encounter completion
  • Template management and scheduling SOW for BH PCC
  • Other duties as assigned


Minimum Qualifications
1. Master's degree from an accredited college or university with a specialization in hospital administration,
health care administration, public health or a related discipline; or
2. Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university in disciplines, as described in "1" above,
and one (1) year of administrative experience; or
3. An equivalent combination of training, college education and experience in related fields.
