Essential Functions- Own logistics and coordination with CID Partners to create an effortless on-ramp to Learning Lab experiences.
- Assist with the design and facilitation of immersive learning experiences for CID Partners and Allies, including workshops, retreats, sprints, and studios.
- Help build the Learning Lab opportunity pipeline through client outreach to match needs and learning opportunities.
- Engage in enrichment experiences to broaden skill set and role model a learning culture for the CID Partners and Allies.
- Lead project management of learning experiences, including securing support resources (e.g. coordinating with external experts, operations, etc.), to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality experiences that exceed partner expectations.
- Drive collaboration, engagement, and accountability to align solutions for client learning needs that are achieved on schedule, on budget, and meet/exceed expectations.
- Foster relationships with leading UC faculty and staff as subject matter experts and content providers for learning experiences
- Create and prototype new immersive learning experiences based on trends, opportunities, and needs identified.
- Track and report the value of experiences through qualitative and quantitative assessments.
- Provide support for the Learning Lab team to deliver event logistics and post-experience wrap-up, including retrospective reflection and expense reporting.
- Advise leadership on issues, opportunities, and best practices associated with client relationship management and make recommendations for improvements.
- Support Learning Lab leadership on tasks related to their responsibilities.
- Manage co-op/intern students for support of the Learning Lab.
- May provide direct and/or indirect supervision to exempt and non-exempt staff (i.e., hiring/firing, performance evaluations, disciplinary action, approve time off, etc.).

Required Education- Bachelor's Degree
- Nine (9) years of relevant education, experience and/or other specialized training can fulfill minimum education and experience requirements
Required ExperienceFive (5) years of program support, project management, innovation delivery or related experience
Physical Requirements/Work Environment- Office environment/no specific unusual physical or environmental demands.

Salary/Hourly Pay Rate Information: $72,400 - $90,000 annually dependent on candidate experience.
