The role is based at one of our corporate offices in Dallas, TX or McLean, VA

This is your chance to be part of a Revenue Management Consolidated Center (RMCC) that is offering owned, managed, and franchised Hilton hotels world-class revenue management talent and tools. As an Assistant Director High Efficiency, you will support the team that's helping hotels grow market share and outperform competitors. On the High Efficiency team, you will report to the Director of RMCC, Franchise. Your responsibilities will include providing feedback and corrective action on hotel performance, communicating RMCC information to the workgroup, and directing additional RMCC projects.

What you'll do during a typical day:
  • Lead the development of a team by providing direction and offering feedback on the performance of their duties, and staffing activities.
  • Distribute, coordinate, and communicate information, long-term strategy plans, new programs, and technologies to direct reports and the hotels they support.
  • Assess hotel performance for hotels to determine if hotels are on target to reach goals, taking corrective action where needed.

How you'll collaborate with others:
  • Coordinate and assist with departmental projects that support the RMCC-Americas, High Efficiency model and objectives.
  • You will develop cooperative working relationships with partner teams in the RMCC and with external partners to achieve efficiencies and results.

Projectsyou'll take ownership of:
  • Efforts to streamline processes; by fine-tuning efficiencies; and by assisting others in their development.
  • Build understanding and trust with hotel teams, revenue management teams, and Hilton Commercial and Brand Performance teams on revenue strategies and pricing.


What It Takes to Make the Stay

You have these minimum qualifications:
  • Six (6) years of professional work experience in revenue management.
  • Three (3) years of people leadership or management experience.
  • Experience analyzing and explaining statistical data.
  • Experience developing strategies to generate a course of action.
  • Experience building trusted partnerships with property teams at all levels, including management company and hotel owner groups.
  • Travel up to 20% annually.

It would be useful if you have:
  • Experience in hotel Revenue Management, Sales, Operations or Marketing.
  • Experience using Micro Strategy, Tableau, Benchmark, and Amadeus suite of products.
  • Experience working with iDEAS, Salesforce, Microsoft 365Experience forecasting hotel room revenue weekly, monthly, and annually.
