We are looking for an Assistant Director of Health Services. This position is based out of our offices at our offices in Albany, NY.
Responsibilities:
- Assists the Deputy Executive Director in the coordination and daily operations of all Health Care functions.
- Oversees regulatory compliance in all areas (OPWDD, HIPPA, NYS DOH etc.) and provides Quality Assurance for the division in all aspects of health care services.
- Responsible for interviewing and selecting candidates for program nurse positions in conjunction with the Hiring Manager, and will provide training for all new nurses.
- Develops divisional and organizational training and works collaboratively with program nurses and staff to develop consumer specific training and protocols.
- Provides clinical supervision of Residential & Adult Nurses and works collaboratively with Program Management for performance concerns.
Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse license in NYS required
- Bachelors Degree in field of Nursing preferred
- At least 3 years of related experience specifically in Developmental Disabilities preferred
Compensation Range:
$85,982.08 - $92,512.37
