We are seeking an Assistant Customer Technical Representative (ACTR) support to a PEO C4I Program Office. Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Duties & Responsibilities
• Provide Assistant Customer Technical Representative (ACTR) support to a PEO C4I Program Office. Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Serve as 1st line of support for a Program Office's on-site and remote staff (Active Duty, civilian, and contractor)
• Track, coordinate, and resolve day-to-day software, hardware, and Navy-Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) operational issues, maintenance, tech refresh, and upgrades
• Submit Move, Add, Change (MAC) requests to move users, change Global Address List (GAL) entries, and move software licenses; oversee changes to existing NMCI computers, devices, and services
• Assist users with troubleshooting NMCI computer, network, software, and telework issues, including virtual private network access, microphone, camera, and video call support
• Assist users with SAAR-N, SIPRNET token request, and other forms required for IT system access
• Track NMCI expenses for services through provided software (e.g. NMCI Enterprise Tool (NET));
• Monitor for NMCI data calls, prepare response, and coordination with Government lead prior to data call submission
• Prepare unneeded or obsolete equipment for return to the NMCI Contractor or excess using command procedures after receiving Government direction
• Maintain printers including toner cartridges and supplies of paper
• Inventory and track items such as licenses, computers, cell phones, and Wi-Fi devices issued to personnel.
• Manage Shared Drive mapping requests; troubleshoot Navy 365 and Flank Speed issues, and re-direct users as needed to NMCI helpdesk
Required Qualifications
• Secret security clearance
• Ability to work on-site at NAVWAR 5 days/week during core business hours
• Previous experience (3+ years) as an ACTR or IT support in a Navy/DoD environment
• Experience with standard NMCI technical support including user account creation (NIPR and SIPR), troubleshooting account issues, and deactivating accounts
• Experience with NMCI (NIPRNet and SIPRNet) accounts and IT troubleshooting for PC desktops, Multi-Function Devices, and printers.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint and Teams.
• Experience overseeing, monitoring, and executing technology refresh activities
Clearance Requirements
Some positions will require access to U.S. National Security information. Positions that require this access will be required to receive and maintain a U.S. government personnel security clearance (PCL). In order to qualify for this position, the candidate must be a US Citizen and either currently possess this National Security eligibility or be able to complete the investigation application process with a favorable determination and maintain that eligibility throughout their employment. The listed pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this position for the location for which it has been posted and is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. The pay range for this role is: $80,000-100,000 USD per year (San Diego (United States))
