Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business required.
• 5-7 years of financial analysis/cost accounting experience in manufacturing, preferably job shop.
• SAP experience preferred (R/3 or S/4).
• Proficiency in MS Office and BI-tools like Analysis for Office, Qlik Sense.
• Strong understanding of financial mathematics and statistics for financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end closing process and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Manage product costing, including standard cost updates and cost simulations.
• Review production order variances and prepare variance reports for leadership.
• Conduct performance assessments of production and monitor inventory development.
• Support financial processes including planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Coordinate annual physical inventory activities across three plants.
• Assist with annual year-end audit and manage related financial analyses.
